Champagne Sabering at St. Regis Deer Valley

Every night at 6:30 pm, a bottle of champagne is sabered on the St. Regis patio, followed by free champagne for everyone. Spectacular views and a fun way to start any evening.

Our Favorite Restaurants/Bars

- Offset Bier: A small brewery with great beer and great vibes.
- Baan Thai: Delicious Thai food, dine-in or takeout.
- Nosh: Mediterranean-Middle Eastern fusion. Our favorite for a quick lunch or dinner.
- High West Saloon: If you cant get enough High West, visit their location in downtown PC. A great option for a nice dinner or drink on the patio.
- No Name Saloon: A Park City classic. Always a fun time and one of the only places to get food late-night.
- The Spur: Live music every night, anything from acoustic soloists to 80’s hair cover bands.

Mountain Biking

Park City is a world renowned mountain bike destination. With over 400 miles of continuous non-motorized trails, there is riding for everyone!

If you’re feeling adventurous, try a day of downhill at Deer Valley Resort or Park City Mountain Resort, where you will load your bike onto a lift and send it downhill.

If you want to get a bit of exercise, there are endless options from grueling climbs to cross country single track.

Below are a few of our favorite rides:
1. Prospector Loop - This is a a 7-mile loop of great single track that takes you up Iron Mountain and overlooks downtown Park City and the Prospector neighborhood. Hiking is allowed on this trail and can be shorted to the distance of your choosing: https://www.trailforks.com/goto/ro/23670/

2. Clark’s Ranch - Clark’s Ranch offers great riding for any level of rider. With a mellow climb that accesses a beginner downhill trail, intermediate jump line, and expert jump trail that all meet in the same place, you can ride for 30 mins or keep lapping for hours.
