While the fire came within a quarter mile from the property, fortunately the beautiful venue was saved. Everything looks the same as before. However, please keep those whose houses did burn to the ground in your prayers as you make the drive up to Forest Ranch. The fire that broke out on July 24th was an extremely scary and devastating time for our communities.
Will phones be allowed at the service?
Yes! Remember to be respectful and silence your ringer during the ceremony. However, please take all the pictures you want! Use #thesamename when posting photos and videos. While there will be a photographer, there will not be a photo booth. So, please send the bride and groom any pictures of you all celebrating their special day! They would greatly appreciate it! Take lots!!!
Photos can be sent to (530) 521-9318
What should I wear?
The attire for this wedding is Semi-Casual. This means dresses or jumpsuits for women. For men, dark jeans or pants with a button down shirt. Nothing too fancy. Remember it will all take place outside and it could still be fairly hot so dress accordingly!
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by the end of the week prior to the wedding so that we can make the proper arrangements for everybody attending. Friday, September 6th is the last day to RSVP. You can do so right here on this website.
Will there be a time gap in between the ceremony and reception?
Yes, there will be a break between the ceremony and the reception. The bride, groom, and family will be taking photos before dinner begins. During this time, refreshments and hors o'doeuvres will be provided.
What is the parking situation?
We ask that everyone begin arriving at 2pm. Parking is located at the Forest Ranch Community Center which is just a minute down the road from the venue. We have a shuttle service to transport drivers from the parking lot to the venue, and from the venue to the parking lot when needed. The ceremony is expected to begin at 2:30pm.
