We are asking for an unplugged ceremony. The venue is gorgeous so please take lots of pictures before and after, but during the actual ceremony we want everyone to be present in the moment.

There is parking, however we will also have shuttles going to and from the hotels we have listed on the website for your convenience. The shuttle schedule can be found under the corresponding page.

The venue itself is in the woods and mostly on grass. There are golf carts that the venue staff will use to help those who feel unstable or need an extra helping hand getting to the ceremony and reception site. Just please let us know if this is something you think you will need/want.

The ceremony site is completely outdoors. The only coverage we will have is from the trees of the forest. The reception will be in a covered barn. There will also be dancing, and yard games held outside in the grass. Please plan shoes (or no shoes if you like being barefoot like me) accordingly. These sites are also permanent no matter the weather. If rain decides to make an appearance, we will have some rain ponchos on hand.

There will be both vegan and vegetarian options for the dinner! (There will also be meat for you carnivores)

Kids are welcome to come, however please note that we will not be censoring any music or speeches. It also feels important to note that the venue is outside and we plan to party into the evening so please plan accordingly.
