Brendan heads off to JMU while Delaney attends ODU back home for their freshman year of college. This was Delaney's first visit to JMU and it was during this visit that she instantly knew she wanted to transfer!

Long distance was super tough, so Brendan drove 3+ hours home every single weekend to spend time with Delaney so they could continue to grow their relationship. That's when Delaney knew she could see herself marrying Brendan...he put in so much effort just to make Delaney happy!
