WHAT DATE SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Please RSVP by no later than September 5, 2024.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to get settled before the proceedings.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding intimate with our close family and friends.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We kindly request that all guests adhere to a formal dress code for our special day. For women, this means opting for an elegant midi or full-length dress. Please refrain from short dresses. For men, a suit and tie are appropriate.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, + RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn, cocktail hour will be held on the lawn and oyster terrace, and the reception will be held indoors.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Yes! We are providing a shuttle service through Metropolitan Shuttle to transport guests to and from the venue. This will help ensure everyone arrives safely and on time.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE SHUTTLE PICKUP TIMES?

Please refer to the Travel and Accommodations tab for the specific pickup times for each respective hotel. If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the venue. We recommend using a taxi or rideshare service.

DO I NEED TO RESERVE A SPOT ON THE SHUTTLE?

No reservations are necessary. However, please make sure to be at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure you don’t miss the shuttle.

HOW OFTEN WILL THE SHUTTLES RUN?

The shuttles will make one trip to the venue before the ceremony and one trip back to the hotels after the reception. Exact times are listed in the Travel and Accommodations tab.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a stations-style dinner with several types of cuisine to choose from. Gluten-free + vegetarian options will be provided for those with dietary restrictions.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes! Get ready to party with us!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Yes, there is plenty of parking in the lot adjacent to our venue, the Carriage House, on Magnolia Plantation and Gardens.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

To help keep the focus on the love and commitment we are making to each other, we kindly request that you do not use your cell phone during the ceremony and ask that it remains on silent until the ceremony is over. If you are wearing an electronic watch, we please ask that they are silenced during our ceremony as well.

CAN I REQUEST SONGS DURING THE RECEPTION?

Guests are welcome to make song requests during the reception, but please note that the DJ will prioritize our pre-approved playlist, which we’ve carefully curated. While the DJ may accommodate a few guest requests, the bride and groom have the final say and reserve the right to nix any songs they don't feel fit the vibe of the evening.
