Emmy *italics* technically *end italics* knows Demetria through Matt- but Demetria is her favorite now. Emmy's husband, Brian, was Matt's roommate in college and Emmy spent countless hours basically living in the oldest lounge chair known to man that decorated an otherwise sparse, and frigid, living room. None of that matters now because that was in the before Demetria time, and this is the after Demetria time- referred to as AD- where it is much more organized and warmer; both in the vibes and the temperature of the house. Emmy knew she loved Demetria when she said that Emmy could be a princess and that friendship has only grown stronger as Emmy realized what a compassionate and considerate soul Demetria is. Emmy and Demetria enjoy drinking and rolling their eyes when Matt and Brian delve into the nuances of coffee and video games.

Matt and Brian first met in highschool but their friendship really flourished when they attended HPU together. They met Zach Pyle their first day there and the three of them have been best of friends ever since. Matt and Brian both still live close and see each other regularly. Zach betrayed them though and moved away to "have a career" or some nonsense but they still hangout on discord together whenever they can.

Sydney and Demetria are almost never seen together unless they are in full princess attire or drinking jumbo margaritas. They share daily phone calls, hand-written letters, and irreplaceable inside jokes. They only met a little over a year ago, but have been inseparable ever since. Sydney cannot wait to stand by her on her special day!

Matthew and Zach met freshman year of college and immediately became best friends. Whether it was staying up till midnight gaming or pranking Brian, they always had fun together. Remaining roommates and living together for four years only strengthened that friendship. They even did a two day road trip from NC to Tennessee for Brian and Emmy's wedding (this trip included Zach listening to many very endearing phone calls between Demetria and Matt). Zach is very excited to see these two love birds' wedding celebration with so many stellar individuals.

Sydney and Demetria met on move-in day of freshman year of college. They bonded over Canva (before Sydney even knew she wanted to be a graphic designer… she feels Demetria had an impact on her career choice) and the rest has been history. Matt has added so much joy to Demetria’s life in the past several years, and Sydney couldn’t be more excited to join them as they take this next step together.

Francisco and Matt first met in middle school. They instantly bonded over their shared interest in cars and paintball. Despite Francisco moving away to Philadelphia, he and Matthew continue to be close friends. He knows how much happiness Demetria brings to Matthew's life and is honored to be a part of this very special day.

Demetria and Ava met in college at an audition and have been friends since. Some of Ava’s favorite memories with Demetria is all the princess parties they have worked together, eating at Blue Rock Pizza, and finding out Matthew proposed! Demetria is such a wonderful person and Ava is so happy for her and Matthew to start their life together.

Adam is the eldest child in the Hoffman family. He is honored to be one of Matthew's groomsmen and cannot wait to stand by his little brother's side on the day of his wedding. He has spent time with Matthew and Demetria on many family vacations, social gatherings and game nights and he cannot think of two people more fit to be together.

Elijah is the youngest of the Hale brothers and is 2 years older than Demetria. Growing up, he and Demetria used to do a lot of the same activities, including being in the same a cappella and theater groups! Although he’s now in medical school in Colorado, they still stay in touch daily. He is so happy to officiate the wedding and to officially welcome Matt into the family 😊
