Our wedding will be an adult only event, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us!

We would love to see our guests dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire. Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc.). No jeans or hats please. Winter colors and dark jewel tones are encouraged but not required :)

Yes! The shuttle drop off points will be Holiday Inn Baxter & Arrowwood Lodge. Prior to the ceremony, the shuttle will start pick up at Holiday Inn at 3 pm, then pickup at Arrowwood at 3:30pm. The shuttle will begin dropping people back off at hotels at 10pm, 11pm, and 12am.

There are tons of hotels/accommodations in the Brainerd Lakes Area, please see our travel page for more details for our two specific room blocks! Brainerd is a highly touristy town and hotels book up fast, we suggest booking your hotel ASAP to ensure you get a room :)

Absolutely! There’s a huge parking lot to leave cars in. Cars just need to be picked up the following morning.
