How do I book my room?
To book your room and receive the wedding discount along with inclusion to all wedding events and information, please contact our travel agent Michele. Michele will also be arranging all guests round trip shuttles from the airport. Flight info does not need to be known at the time of booking your room.

How do I pay for my room?

When do I need to book my room and pay in full by?
All rooms must be booked with a $100 deposit per person by June 1st to guarantee pricing and availability.
Guest Payment Schedule
Deposit is nonrefundable, $100 per person plus the cost of the optional travel protection due upon booking.
2nd Payment – 30% of reservation paid by 08/21/24
3rd Payment – 70% of reservation paid by 10/21/24
Final Payment – balance of reservation paid by 12/21/24
***Guests can make additional payments along the way and must meet all deadlines above. ***
***$100 penalty will be applied to all late payments.***

WEDDING
Do I need to RSVP?
Your room reservation & catamaran RSVP will be considered your RSVP. If you would like to attend our private catamaran “rehearsal” activity, please RSVP under the tab.
What if I can’t make it?
While we understand our destination wedding is a commitment to guests, we completely understand if you are unable to attend. Your presence will surely be missed, please let either of us know before 6/1.
Is there a dress code?
Upscale tropical! We want our guests to be comfortable in the elements, while still feeling fancy. While our wedding is at the beach, it is not on the beach. No need to worry about sandy shoes!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
4:15pm
Will the wedding be outdoors?
Yes, all 3 events will be outdoors. The ceremony will be on grass, the cocktail hour will be on a deck with a pergola, and the reception will be on a deck with a roof cover. All 3 events will be overlooking the gorgeous beach. Please plan accordingly!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Scott and I respectfully request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony as professional photos will be taken throughout. We ask that you join us in being fully present and able to see the joyful faces of the people we love, rather than seeing phones. We promise to share every professional photo after!
Can I bring a plus 1?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest & dearest! Our venue has capacity rules & we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. While we understand our wedding is far out, just discuss with Scott & I anything specific. Thank you for understanding!
