Room block

We have set up a wedding resort room block for you with specially negotiated group rates. These rates are largely discounted and not available to the general public. All rooms must be booked through our travel agent, Michele, in order to receive the discount and room available. The deadline to receive these discounted rates is June 1st, 2024. Types of room availability will also vary as time goes on. Full payment is not due until 12/21/24.

The room block does not include flights. When flights are available, Michele will be able to wholesale group rates as well. You can also book your own airfare if you choose.

Passport requirements

You will need to have a passport that is at least 6 months out from the day you plan to travel home, anything past 6 months of expiration will be considered expired and you will not be permitted to fly. Example: your return flight is 4/1/25, your passport expiration is on or before 10/1/25, your passport needs to be renewed.

Guest Payment Schedule

Deposit is nonrefundable, $100 per person plus the cost of the optional travel protection due upon booking by June 1st, 2024.
2nd Payment – 30% of reservation paid by 08/21/24
3rd Payment – 70% of reservation paid by 10/21/24
Final Payment – balance of reservation paid by 12/21/24

Travel Protection

Travel protection is optional but, recommended. Once the room is in final payment it is 100% nonrefundable, should anyone need to cancel, you will not get any of their money back. Michele will provide the pricing for the cancel for any reason travel protection with the future travel credit and cash back options. Again, this is optional.
