What is the dress code or colors I should wear?
Our dress code is formal, we encourage you to dress to impress but ensure you are comfortable. We look forward to seeing all your different styles and colors!
Is there parking available on-site?
There will be parking available on site, with no charge. As this is also a hotel with parking spots available to their guests, we encourage you to carpool if possible to leave as many spots available.
We missed the RSVP deadline, can we let you know we are comming?
As much as we would love to have all of you present with us on our special day, we ask you to please respect the deadline as we need to meet our own deadlines with our vendors. We will be sending a reminder to RSVP two days before the deadline to those who have not answered. If we do not get an answer by the date asked, we will be marking you as a "no" and we will miss you on our special day.
Can I bring a plus-one or my kids?
Due to the number of guests we have agreed upon with our venue, we will not be able to accommodate plus-ones. We kept our wedding guest list to our closest and dearest friends and family, and we ask you to respect the names written on your invitation. We have also signed a contract stating adults only, so there will be no kids invited. We understand if this causes any inconvenience and you can’t make it, although we would love to have you all present.
How can I RSVP?
Please click on the tab "RSVP" on our website or scan the QR code received with your invitation. This tab will be available from the moment invitations are sent out until the deadline and will be removed afterwards. If there are multiple names on your invitations, you will be prompt to select and answer for each guest as well as choose the main course meal. Alternatively, you can also contact us by email at Jason.and.denisa@gmail.com to RSVP or ask any questions.
What will the timeline look like on the wedding day?
We will start with our ceremony at 5pm, followed by a cocktail hour for the guests while the wedding party takes pictures. The cocktail hour will start around 5h45 and end 6h45. Our guests will then be invited to head to the reception that will start at 7pm and go until 12AM.
What time should we arrive for the ceremony?
We have made our timeline to fit well with our different vendors, so we need to respect the start and end times for each part of the night. Our ceremony will start at 5pm, and we need all the guests to be seated latest by 4h45. We ask you to please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to give you time to park and get to the ceremony location. We will have an on-site coordinator to guide you to the ceremony place, until the start time.
What can we expect for dinner and drinks?
We will be offering a 3-course meal, and we will be accommodating any dietary restrictions given that you advise us in your RSVP. We will also be offering drinks during our cocktail hour, and an open-bar for our reception. You will not have to worry about any bill for your drinks, but we ask you to be mindful of your consumption if you are driving your group back at the end of the evening.
Is there any on-site accommodations if we want to spend the night?
If you do not want to worry about driving back late at night and want to enjoy your time to the fullest, you will be able to book rooms with the hotel. The cut-off for the preferred rate is 6 weeks before the wedding date, and we have 5 rooms available at a discounted rate - first come, first served. Following that cut-off, you will need to book your room at the regular rates based on availabilities at Auberge des Gallant or explore other accommodations nearby for your stay. See “travel” tab for more options.
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence at our wedding and your support is the greatest gift we could ask for. We have not set up a traditional registry, but if you wish to honor us with a gift, we would sincerely appreciate a monetary contribution towards our future together as we start this new chapter.
