If arriving early Friday or looking to exercise early on Saturday or Sunday, French Creek is a favorite park of Tyler and Denise located minutes from Avon off of Route 611. Entrance off of 611 leads to the Nature Center with miles of trails or entrance off of French Creek Road leads to a road that ends at a large playground for kids to play.

Located 15 minutes east of Avon in Bay Village, Huntington Beach Reservation is a great spot for a morning stroll as well a great sunset spot. Beach is located across the street from Cahoon Park and boasts miles of trails. On a clear day, downtown Cleveland is in clear view.

Located just west of Downtown Lorain on scenic Route 6, Lakeview Park has a great beach, trails to walk and is a great sunset spot with great views of the historic Lorain Lighthouse.

Cleveland is only a 28 minute drive from Avon on I-90 with lots of activities for those that arrive into town before Friday, early Friday, or looking to do something Sunday before heading home. Denise and Tyler's favorite spots are the West Side Market, Edgewater Beach, University Circle, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and The Jake (Progressive Field). For sports fans, the Guardians play the Minnesota Twins the weekend of the wedding.

Located in neighboring Westlake, Crocker Park is the popular outdoor mall in the area boasting many stores and restaurants.
