•3:30 PM: Guests arrive at the Westport for transportation to the ceremony at Lower Bidwell Park. All guest must take transportation to the ceremony from The Westport, as there is extremely limited parking at the ceremony site. Transport departs from The Westport at 3:45PM sharp.

•Parking at the Westport: Street parking is free on Saturdays. Parking is also available nearby at Jack’s restaurant, Tri County Bank and Tires Plus.

•4:00 PM: Ceremony in Lower Bidwell Park. All guests must meet at The Westport for provided transportation to the ceremony venue. After the ceremony transport will be provided back to The Westport for the reception

•Immediately following the Ceremony: cocktail hour at The Westport

•6:00 PM: reception dinner at The Westport
