As soon as possible! We'd love to have a headcount no later than 6/19, but sooner is always better!

We are so excited to celebrate with all of our guests, but unfortunately we cannot accomodate anyone not listed on the invitation.

Cocktail attire is preferred. There is some grass involved in the ceremony space and there will be some lawn activites, so wedge heels or flats might be best for those who might be thinking about wearing stilletos.

Our hotel block is at The Hampton Inn in Harriman. This discounted rate will be available for our guests who book before 6/18/24. It is also where the bus will be picking up and dropping off to begin and end the evening. However, you should stay where you are most comfortable. We've listed some other local hotels as well to fit a variety of budgets.

We are hoping for sunny skies as our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned for outside. In the event of some sogginess though, our venue has a very well-practiced rain contingency plan! There will be enough space to host all activities inside.

Yes! There is a paved lot on-site and should be able to accomodate all of our guests who choose to drive. There will also be a shuttle provided for anyone choosing to stay at the Hampton Inn in Harriman.

We have a wonderful friend whom we have hired to be our photographer for the wedding day. In order to help him do his best work and to keep everyone invited in the moment and present, we do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Once "we do", you may feel free to selfie and snap away!
