“When should I RSVP by?”

We please ask that all guests invited please RSVP with a “Yes” or “No” by April 1st, 2025. If we do not get a response by then, we will count your response as a “No”. Thank you for understanding and we hope you’re able to make it!

“Are there room blocks at any hotels nearby?”

Our wedding planner has kindly researched the best and closest hotels in the same area as our venue. The hotel that has been chosen is located under the “Travel” tab on this website! Here, you can see room block information. Room blocks will be under a first come, first serve basis, so get your room soon! Click on the link provided for the hotel's website to get more information.

“Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?”

As much as we would love for you to bring a guest, this is a very intimate affair. In this case, we would kindly appreciate it if only the names addressed on your invitation are the ones coming to the wedding. Thank you so much for understanding.

“Can we bring our children?”

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children of anyone under the age of 21 other than the wedding party and have finalized the guest list. Sorry for inconvenience and we hope you are still able to join us on our special day!

“What time should we arrive to the ceremony?”

We would kindly appreciate it if our guests could arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure that everyone is there and on time.

“What should I wear to the wedding?”

We do ask that our guests wear semi formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors, so please wear something that will keep you as comfortable as possible throughout the night. And ladies, no white attire please ;)

“Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?”

We ask that you please keep all phones and cameras away and on silent during the ceremony, as it will be an “unplugged” ceremony. We have hired professional photographers, so please let them do their job. We want everyone to be in the moment during the ceremony.

“What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?”

As of right now, the menu for dinner will be hand picked and chosen as planning gets underway. Nothing has been chosen as of right now, but we understand that we have family and friends with dietary restrictions, so there will be a vegetarian option, and a protein option.

“What happens if I don’t choose my meal choice when I RSVP?”

If you did not choose your choice of meal, and are planning on attending the wedding, you will be given the default option, which is the protein option. If you do not want this option, please go in and choose through the RSVP tab on this website.

“What airports are nearby?”

Since our wedding will be in Napa Valley area, there are several options for airports for those needing to fly. These options include: San Francisco International, Oakland International, and Sacramento International Airport.

“What is there to do in the area?”

Since our wedding is a destination wedding, there are many places and different activities to do in the Napa Valley area! There are very popular vineyards and wineries which are popular for wine tasting and food as well! Some popular spots are Clos Pegase Winery & Tasting Room, Sterling Vineyards, Brian Arden Wines, and Rombauer Vineyards.
