How We Met:

It all began in the heart of academia, at YSU, where Diamond and Brandon's paths crossed in a dance of fate and orchestrated moments. What started as a chance encounter quickly ignited into a flame of connection. Some might call it coincidence, but Diamond, with a gleam in her eye, might argue that Brandon had a knack for conveniently being in places that aligned with her schedule. The universe, it seemed, conspired to bring them together.

First Date:

Their first date unfolded in the captivating halls of the Butler Art Museum, a place dear to Diamond's heart. In May 2016, just a few months after their initial meeting, Brandon took the plunge and asked Diamond to be his official girlfriend. From that moment, their love story took flight, soaring through the years, marked by the births of two daughters and a son, creating a home, and building a beautiful family together. Through college, careers, and shared dreams, they have navigated life's journey hand in hand, a united force for seven and a half years.

The Proposal:

On Diamond's birthday, in the enchanting city of Chicago, on the boardwalk, Brandon orchestrated a moment that would forever change their lives. Against the backdrop of the city lights, he asked Diamond to be his forever, to officially unite as one. Two years later, on June 1, 2024, they are joyfully saying, "I DO."

Looking Forward:

While Diamond takes the lead in orchestrating the details of their wedding day, both are thrilled to be approaching this momentous occasion. Together, with hearts full of love and anticipation, they eagerly await the day when family and friends join them in celebrating the union of two souls becoming one. The date marks not only the beginning of their journey as husband and wife but also the continuation of a legacy of love and humility, built for themselves, their children, and cherished loved ones.
