Q + A

What time should we arrive at the wedding?

Please arrive between 3:30 and 4:05. There is limited seating and ceremony seating will be first come first serve. Doors will LOCK at 4:15 and there will be no further entry allowed to maintain our wedding schedule and avoid disruptions during the ceremony.

Is wedding ceremony open invite?

The wedding ceremony is open to all. RSVP for the wedding ceremony required as seating is limited. Please keep in mind while the wedding ceremony is open to all, the dinner and reception are both invite only.

Is RSVP for reception mandatory?

YES! You will not be assigned a seat if you do not RSVP. All guests will check into the reception with our security and receive their seat assignment upon arrival. Without submitting an RSVP you will not be admitted to the reception dinner. You can RSVP via our wedding website(soon)!

Are children allowed?

No. Only guests aged 21+ will be admitted to our reception via a secure check-in. We ask that young children be limited at the wedding ceremony as well. To this point, RSVP is mandatory to be admitted.

What is the dresscode?

Black Tie/Evening Formal, please. Dress to impress, but please do not wear white, nude, or blush colors; we are dedicating these colors to the wedding party.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Please let us know as soon as you can via RSVP! Our reception dinner has a strict guest capacity. We had to make really tough decisions to stay within this limit. If you cannot make it we will miss you but please let us know so we can utilize your spot.

Can we take photos at the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged wedding. We want our guests to indulge in the moment with us. We promise to have a dedicated time period for guests to take as many photos as they want at the ceremony. All we ask is that all guests remain in their seats with their phones and cameras away and allow our paid photographers/videographers to do what they do best during the procession and vows as these moments are very important to us and we want to capture our guests and the moment authentically.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Of course!

What should we do if we have dietary requirements?

All guests invited to the dinner will have the option of chicken, beef, or vegetarian entrees. If there are any specific dietary restrictions please reach out to the bride and groom to see what other accommodations can be made for you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Please review your invitation for your reserved seat count information. We are loved by so many and unfortunately cannot accommodate plus ones for every guest. Please be respectful of this.

Will there be alcohol

Of course! We want our guests to eat, drink, and dance the night away with us! However, due to our high guest count, we will only have mixed drinks available at our open bar.

Is there a hotel block?

At this time there is not a block reserved at any hotel. However, if enough guests desire a blocked hotel we can certainly set this up. As of now, we do not have enough commitment (30 rooms) to fill the minimum requirements for a hotel block.

Who shall we contact if we have any other questions?

Please send an email to loadingthelogans@gmail.com or reach out to the bride directly via text. 240-640-6177
