Our first date was one of the last concerts that Smash Mouth ever performed in Jackson, MS. We had an absolute blast!

We bonded quickly with our mutual love of the great outdoors. Since it was cold that day, Eric wore Dixie's surgery scrub cap since it was the only thing she had that could cover his ears.

Eric showed Dixie one of his favorite spots in Aberdeen - the old Ten Tom Bridge - which is one of the places she had always wanted to visit.
