Guests could fast train from Rome to Florence, Rome is a large airport, so nonstop flights may be an option

Per our wedding planner, the easiest ways to set up taxi transfers are by contacting the hotels you are staying at to set these up for you in advance or upon arrival.

If you aren't staying in a hotel: try the apps "AppTaxi" or "Taxi move" to reserve a taxi service in advance. Taxi's will be useful for travel from train stations to final destination hotels!

Although Uber may be around in other Italian cities, according to locals (aka our amazing wedding planner), Uber's are far and few between in Florence, Italy. It would be risky to rely on Uber as your way to get around the city.

Fast trains are a great way to get from one major city to the next. Our wedding planner suggests booking train tickets on 'TrenItalia' and to be sure to book them prior to your trip. Here's the link to book tickets on their website: https://www.trenitalia.com/en/
