Semi-formal is recommended. Something that you will be comfortable in.

You must be with either the bride/groom's house prior to the tea ceremony.

The morning at 10AM will be a tea ceremony followed by a small food reception to start at the house. Next, the church wedding will take place at 1PM. After the church wedding, there will be some extra "free" time before the reception in which people will be able to explore Shreveport/Bossier City or head back to the house to socialize and pre-party. Last but not least, the reception at 5PM!
