Please RSVP by September 1st so we can confirm the headcount for our vendors.
What’s the dress code?
The couple requests that everyone dress in cocktail attire. That means a nice dress for the ladies and a suit for the gentlemen...ties are optional. Neutral and warm fall colors are preferred but not required. Absolutely no jeans and no white!
Can I bring a date?
If your spouses name is listed in the RSVP section then we look forward to having them there. If not, don’t worry, we’ll sit you with some great people and maybe you’ll even make a new friend.
Are kids allowed?
Epiphany and Donta love kids, but want the adults in their life to have a kid-free night out. So get yourself a great sitter and come celebrate with us… drinks on the newly weds!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 3 so we requests that guest arrive no later than 2:45 so you have time to sign in, grab a great seat and get your tissues ready.
Where should we stay?
There are several hotels on Cahaba Valley Road in Pelham, AL that would put you in walking distance to the welcome party and about 20-30 minutes from the venue. More information is included on the travel page.
Is there parking?
Yes! The beautiful venue is in a bit of a remote area but it offers plenty of space to park. The venue will even provide golf cart rides from the parking lot to the event space for our older guest and our ladies with the gorgeous heels who don’t want to walk.
Will we get to see the bride and groom before the wedding?
Yes! We will be having Welcome Drinks at Oak Mountain Brewing Company on Saturday night, the day before the wedding. We would love for everyone to join us. Address and other information can be found on the "Things to Do" tab.
