Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to allow for time to find parking and a seat. Please be aware that this is an outdoor ceremony, so sunblock or a sweater may be required, weather dependant (an indoor venue has been organised in the event of unfavourable weather)

Please explore the lovely Broadoak show gardens, play some lawn games and enjoy some drinks while the wedding party takes some photos to capture our special day!

We ask that only those who have been asked in advance to speak do so, as we do not plan to hold an open mic. We cant wait to see all of your lovely faces and will make an effort to visit all tables as we release you to grab a plate at our catered formal buffet style meal.

Alchoholic and Non-alcholic beverage options will be provided. Our venue asks that all food, drinks and dancing please be wrapped up by 11:30pm at the latest.

We have hired a shuttle bus to and from Broadoak Gardens. The shuttle will pick up attendees in North Christchurch (location to be decided) around 2:14pm, then returning to the same location later in the evening (around 11:15pm). This should make sourcing Ubers/Taxis/Dropoffs much easier and cheaper for all!
