Is there a dress code?
We ask that you please wear semi-formal or cocktail attire.
We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt, and women wear a midi or maxi-length dress or dressy separates. Please no jeans or denim, and avoid shades of white. Our venue is predominantly grass and gravel ground, please avoid high heels that might be difficult to walk on these surfaces.

If you would like to wear cohesive colours with our semi-formal english garden venue, tend towards airy materials in floral patterns or light and bright colours. Looking for inspiration? Scroll to the bottom of this page for some outfit ideas!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Please be aware that this is an outdoor ceremony, so sunblock or a sweater may be required, weather dependant (an indoor venue has been organised in the event of unfavourable weather). Assuming lovely weather, please take the cocktail hour time to explore the lovely outdoors Broadoak show gardens, play some lawn games and enjoy some drinks before heading inside for our reception.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Due to the limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We intend that our event will be 18+.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of individuals invited
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
There is plenty of parking at the Broadoak gardens. Please drive in through the main gates and follow the driveway to the parking areas defined. There is also parking on the street avaliable if overflow should require it.
Broadoak gardens has a specific carpark that cars may be left at overnight (please collect these before 10am the following day).
Can I take photos during the Ceremony?
We kindly ask that you join us in having an unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, please silence and put away your phones so everyone can be fully present with us. This will also allow our photographer to capture the best moments, which we look forward to sharing with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like.
How can I share my photos of the day?
We would love for you to share your photos with all in attendance, therefore we have set up a joint google drive that you can add photos to throughout the evening. Simply follow the QR code under the "Day of event photos" tab!
Will there be an open bar?
We will be providing plenty of Beer, Wine, and RTD mixes, as well as Non-alcoholic options. (Please drink responsibly, and save any celebratory drinking for after dinner and speeches).
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We have the fantastic Country Feasts catering our reception. This is a buffet style catering menu with a range of yummy options. We cant wait to see all of your lovely faces and will make an effort to visit all tables as we release you to grab a plate.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes! Please indicate on your RSVP any dietary restrictions you may have, this question will be prompted before you sumbit, (Vege, Vegan, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, etc...)
Wedding Registry and Gifts?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for!
If you would like to honor us with a gift, A honeymoon fund will be set up that is able to accept donations, or a wedding card box will be at our reception, with table for small wrapped items.
What can I do if I cant make it?
You will be deeply missed! If you are unable to attend the wedding, kindly let us know at your earliest convenience and RSVP as "not attending" to help us with our planning. Thank you!
Where will wedding updates be posted?
Any further information or small changes to the itenary will be posted to this website. Significant changes or updates will be sent to the same email address as your formal invitation.
