Our ceremony will be held at The Well Room, located at 363 Duckworth St, St. John’s, NL A1C 1H5. It’s a cozy and intimate venue in the heart of downtown. Please note there is no on-site parking—street parking is limited, so we encourage carpooling, taxis, or rideshares when possible.

Our reception will be held at Quidi Vidi Brewery, located at 35 Barrows Rd, St. John’s, NL A1A 0J9. This historic brewery sits right on the harbor in one of the oldest and most charming parts of the city. Due to its location, vehicle access is limited. Parking is available near Quidi Vidi Lake, about a 5-minute walk to the venue. We strongly encourage guests to carpool or take a taxi or rideshare to make things easier.

With our ceremony in the heart of downtown St. John’s, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy the city before the reception begins! Here are a few of our favorite ways to spend the afternoon: Explore Signal Hill National Historic Site for stunning views of the ocean and city. A short drive or a longer scenic walk from downtown! Visit The Rooms, a striking museum and art gallery which exhibits that celebrate Newfoundland’s culture and history. Wander Jellybean Row, the city’s famous colorful row houses—perfect for photos and sightseeing. Stroll along the harborfront and watch the boats come and go, or just enjoy the sea air. Shop local on Duckworth Street and Water Street, where you’ll find handmade crafts, gifts, art, and more of St. John’s beloved small businesses.

Sheraton Hotel – 115 Cavendish Square, St. John's, NL A1C 3K2 Newfoundland is famous for its warm hospitality, and if you're looking for a more "homey" experience, we highly recommend checking out Airbnb or VRBO options in downtown St. John’s or the charming Quidi Vidi area. These cozy rentals offer a unique way to experience the city and feel like a local. Please note, Newfoundland summers are a busy time for visitors, and both hotel and Airbnb/VRBO accommodations tend to book up quickly. We encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure you have a place to stay.

Getting around downtown St. John’s is easy with a few of our favorite, reliable local cab companies—trust us, they’ve gotten us (and many others) home from George Street more than once! Jiffy Cabs – (709) 722-2222, Red and Yellow Cabs – (709) 726-8888, Avalon Taxi – (709) 722-5555, and City Wide Taxi – (709) 722-7777. Uber is also available in St. John’s, but with limited coverage and fewer drivers, so we recommend using a local taxi company whenever possible. Rental cars are limited during Newfoundland’s busy summer tourist season, so if you plan to rent a vehicle, be sure to book early. The private car rental service Turo also operates here and can be a great alternative.

Parking in downtown St. Johns is extremely limited. Most of the city uses street parking, which can be crowded during the peak tourism months. We suggest walking, carpooling, or taking a taxi to our ceremony. Quidi Vidi Village has even less parking. The QV Brewery has no onsite parking. We suggest carpooling or taking a taxi.

Think vibrant, elegant, and fun! We kindly ask gentlemen to wear suits and ladies to dress in midi or floor-length dresses. Bright colors and floral patterns are encouraged!

We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only event. As our reception is being held at Quidi Vidi Brewery, their policy does not permit anyone under the age of 19, in accordance with Newfoundland and Labrador's legal drinking laws. Thank you for understanding
