Guests will arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN) and take a shuttle to Puerto Juarez. The shuttle will take 30-45 minutes from the time you exit the airport with your baggage, depending on traffic. From Puerto Juarez, you will take a stunning 25-minute ferry ride to Isla Mujeres.

Things to know about booking for Isla Mujeres:

1- Do not book a flight that lands to the Cancun Airport after 8:30 PM (the last ferry to the island is at 11:00 PM)

2- Do not book a flight that departs the Cancun airport before 10:00 AM. (The first ferry from the island in the morning is 6:00 AM, with a 6:30 AM pick up, you will arrive at the airport by approximately 7:30 AM.)

3- We encourage all guests to arrive Wednesday or earlier Thursday because we will be having a welcome party on Thursday, November 27th.
