Shuttle Information:
A shuttle will be provided for your convenience from each hotel to the venue. Please review the pick up times below carefully, as there will only be one pick up per hotel.
Hyatt Place:
The shuttles will pick up guests in the main lobby at 3:45pm.
Fairfield Inn:
The shuttles will pick up guests in the main lobby at 4:15pm.
Hilton Garden Inn:
The shuttles will pick up guests in the main lobby at 4:25pm.
From the Reception to Hotels:
The shuttle will run every 30 minutes starting at 9:30pm and will make stops at all 3 hotels. The last shuttle will leave the Reception at 11:15pm.
