The shuttle will have a pick up at 3:30 and again at 4:00. (Hingham boys, you all are on the early shuttle!) The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the Grand Atrium entrance at the Hilton Anatole. There is a wide bus lane and it will have a sign for Deptula/Sanderson wedding. If you are not staying at the Hilton Anatole or miss the shuttle, please use a ride share app to arrive to the wedding on time. Starting at 8:00 pm we will have a rotating shuttle back to the hotel every 30 minutes. Last shuttle departs the wedding at 11:00 pm. Local friends- there is valet parking, but there are also 3 Dallas police officers on site, so no drinking and driving after the wedding.

The outdoor ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pending ring bearer and flower girl cooperation. Seating is provided on the front grounds of the Deptula’s residence. Valet parking will be provided for local guests and a shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at The Hilton Anatole. Please account for the temperature outside for all wedding events.

Immediately following the ceremony, please join us for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and music inside our home followed by dinner and dancing in the garden.

Following cocktail hour we invite you for an intimate evening of dinner and dancing under the stars in the Deptula’s private garden. Flat shoes will be provided for anyone wearing heels. Additionally there will be a coat and purse check as we are not planning assigned seats for dinner.

Lose the jacket. Lose the shoes! In case you are like us and are not ready for the party to end, come inside for a change in music and some late night bites! The last shuttle will depart for The Hilton Anatole at 11:00 pm.
