Our Favourite Food & Drink Spots:

(from closest to furthest away from the Royal Anne Hotel)

- Momo Sushi Downtown - Ed and Bree's favourites are the Peter Roll and the Spicy Scallop Roll

- Bread Co. - good coffee and breakfast to go!

- Skinny Duke's Glorious Emporium -great pizza and cocktails

- Mad Mango -try the Laksa soup!

- Bamboo Chopsticks -Ed and Bree order takeout from here approximately once a week! Our faves are the 4 colour combo and the hot and sour pho!

- Sprout Coffee Shop -their focaccia is to die for! This shop is located down an alley so you might have to park on the street

- Roma Nord *book a reservation in advance* the couple who opened this Italian restaurant are from north of Rome. Angela makes the pasta fresh daily and her husband, Danilo, walks around ensuring everyone is having a great time! Anything you order from here will be good but Ed and Bree always get the burrata!

- King Taps -Ed's favourite place in Kelowna for a good steak at a good price!

- RedBird Brewery -where Ed and Bree went after their first hike together. Try the dill pickle pizza!

- Born to Shake - some of the best cocktails in Kelowna!

- Ramen Arashi -If you're nursing a hangover and need food for your soul this is Ed and Bree's favourite ramen in Kelowna!

- Home Block by Cedar Creek - One of the best dining experiences in Kelowna! Ed and Bree's first official date was here. Make sure you order the sticky toffee pudding for dessert!

Things to do in Kelowna

(from closest to furthest away from the Royal Anne Hotel)

- Walk the boardwalk from the sails (in front of Earls Restaurant) to Tugboat Beach.

- Do some shopping along Bernard Ave. Our favourite stores: Mosaic books, Frock & Fellow consignment shop, and right beside it is Funktional, a gift shop with lots of local artisan products.

- Visit some wineries! Our favourites are Mission Hill and Quail's Gate in West Kelowna. If you have a half day and want to visit multiple wineries without worrying about finding a designated driver, we recommend Vine49 tours.

- If you prefer beer it's easy to do a brewery walking tour close to downtown. Start at "The Office" brewery, from there you can go to Rustic Reel, Jacknife, RedBird and then BNA.

- Speaking of BNA, they have a bowling alley (Flintstone style... 10 pin!) here they serve drinks out of an Airstream

- If hiking is your jam, Knox mountain is a great hike located close to downtown! Try the Apex trail to get to the top or Paul's Tomb for lake views with less elevation
