WHERE DO I RSVP?

When is the best time to purchase the flight to Spain?

Airlines now offer flights to Spain. We encourage guests to be prepared to purchase their flights in the Spring of 2025 as airlines are expected to have the ideal prices during that time. IMPORTANT NOTE: For guests planning to arrive in Madrid on Sunday, November 23 and depart from Barcelona after the wedding, you may want to consider a multi-city flight, flying into Madrid and out of Barcelona.

What are Your Travel Dates?

We will be in Madrid from Sunday, November 23, 2025 - Thursday, November 27, 2025. We will then travel by train from Madrid to Barcelona on Thursday, November 27, 2025. Our stay in Barcelona will begin on Thursday, November 27, 2025 and will go through Monday, December 1, 2025. IMPORTANT NOTE: For those planning to join us in both cities, when booking your flight, we recommend multi-city flights so you can fly into Madrid and out of Barcelona.

Will I need a passport & visa to travel to Spain?

Yes, you will need a passport but no, you will not need a visa. PASSPORT: Please check your passport expiration date. If your passport expires anytime before April 15, 2026, you will need to renew your passport prior to traveling to Spain. The passport must have been issued within the ten years before the date of entry. LENGTH OF STAY: US citizens can stay in Spain for up to 90 days for tourism or business without a visa. If you want to stay longer than 90 days, you will need a Spanish visa. RETURN TICKET: Travelers must have a return airline ticket.

What is the currency used in Spain? -€

The currency in Spain are euros € so, depending on the exchange rate in November 2025, prices may be lower/cheaper or higher/more expensive.

How far is the Villa Gran Masia from Barcelona?

Villa Gran Masia is 30 minutes north of Barcelona.

How will guests get around the city?

Taxi’s, Uber, and public transportation are available. If guests would like to venture out and explore Spain, we encourage guests to consider renting a car as vehicle parking is available at the Barcelona venue and may provide added tourist flexibility when site-seeing.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT YOUR WEDDING CEREMONY?

Our ceremony starts at 1pm and we ask that you are seated by 12:45pm.

Are children allowed to attend?

Absolutely! The more, the merrier.

IS THIS AN INDOOR OR OUTDOOR EVENT?

The Ceremony will held outside (weather permitting). Since the weather in Barcelona in November may be chilly, please plan accordingly. All other festivities will be held in a combination of indoors, outdoors, and in a heated tent.

BARCELONA
