Our Wedding

Chris and Elena met at their high school, Coyle and Cassidy, in Taunton, MA. Although they knew of each other, they didn't start dating until their senior year. Chris claims him and Elena were in the same English class freshman year, but if you know Elena and her stellar ability to remember names, you know she doesn't remember this happening. After high school graduation, Elena stayed in Boston and attended Simmons College and studied Nursing. Chris went down to North Carolina to High Point University and studied Finance and Entrepreneurship. Following graduation, they both stared their careers in Boston. Some will say Chris came back to Boston for Elena and others say it was to start his career. Since then, they've gone on multiple trips together and brought home their fur baby, Wrigley, a Golden Retriever from Chicago. Most recently, they've started their lives together in Quincy. On 10/22/22, Chris and Elena were in Lido Key, Florida when Chris finally asked her to marry him.

Please join the bride & groom for drinks in the lobby bar at the Intercontinental Boston (Bar Fellini) following the conclusion of their rehearsal dinner. (Anticipated time around 8:30/9pm)

Friday 

Buses will be leaving the Intercontinental Hotel at 2pm for the venue. Buses will be returning to hotel at 9pm and 10pm. Getting to Boston

The closest airport to the venue and the hotel is Boston Logan International Airport. There are Ubers, taxis, and public transportation available at the airport to get to the hotel.

Mallin is Elena's older sister and is always the first person to be called when Elena has news to share. Mallin loved pranking her younger sister growing up, but then would quickly be the first one to have Elena's back.

Amelia is Elena & Mallin's youngest sister. Elena and Amelia always fell victim to Mallin's antics. Amelia was always the younger sister who was trying to keep up with her older sisters and now Elena & Mallin are just trying to keep up with her.

Jill and Elena met at Simmons University. They both realized they had similar interests in traveling and trying new restaurants. The two have been on countless trips together. Because they do so much together, Jill and Elena are also known as 'Frick and Frack'.

Breidi is Elena's best friend, from high school. They met in freshman year chemistry class and have stayed "attached at the hip" since, despite not winning that superlative senior year.

Courtney and Elena became friends while working together in the Finard ICU at BIDMC. If they weren't scheming their next pranks on coworkers, they're planning their next 'supper club' dinner. Good thing phone minutes are unlimited nowadays, because they always end up on the phone chatting for hours.

David and Chris met at High Point University during their sophomore year. David, or Scott (depending on how many drinks he's had) is the only person who'd go to a bar in water shoes just so Chris and him can get into the basement.

Mike and Chris met at their college orientation... their antics started before their school year did and have continued since. Mike is the king of dad jokes and is usually the first one on the dance floor. If you see someone dancing in sunglasses, its most likely him.

Charlie and Chris met while joining their fraternity at High Point. Charlie is the one to thank for our wedding  as he encouraged Elena to catch the bouquet at a wedding they all went to in 2019.

Chris and Cam also met sophomore year at High Point. Despite Cam living in Washington DC, he's always the first to be in the know when something (or someone) is missing.

Chris and Garrett met while living in the same dorm their freshman year and then joined the same fraternity. Come to find out, they grew up in adjacent towns, but never knew it until meeting. Chris is convinced he struck Garrett out at some point in little league.

Russ... boss or friend... or both? If Chris' phone is buzzing, there's a 99% chance it's Russ on the other line, not Elena. There's also a 99% chance he'll be the drunkest one at the wedding (off of one drink).

Keith is a close family friend to us. Chris lived with his family during an internship in college. To this day, Keith still refers to Chris as his 'exchange student'. Due to Keith's humorous personality, asking him to officiate was an easy decision for us.
