When is the RSVP Deadline?
In order to give the venue accurate numbers, we kindly ask that you RSVP by October 4th.
I haven't RSVP'ed, what should I do?

When is the room block cut-off date?
We have a room block of 20 rooms at the Courtyard Marriott Reading. Guests must reserve these rooms by October 3rd.
What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?
Please arrive at St. Teresa of Calcutta Church by 2:15 PM at the latest. The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 2:30 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests be seated before then. To avoid any disruptions, late arrivals will be asked to wait until after the bridal procession to enter the church.
When should I arrive at the Reception?
Cocktail hour begins at 5:00 PM, and we've allowed plenty of time for travel between the ceremony and reception venues. We recommend arriving shortly before 5:00 PM to enjoy the full cocktail hour.
Is there parking at the Church and Venue?
Yes! There is adequate parking at both the church and venue! Handicap parking is available by the main entrance of the church.
Are the ceremony and reception handicap accessible?
Both the Ceremony and Reception are Handicap Accessible.

Can my food allergy be accommodated?
Yes! Make sure to mention any food intolerances when selecting your meal in the RSVP form.
Is there a Dress Code?
Dress for the ceremony and reception is formal cocktail attire. We request that all guests dress appropriately for a religious ceremony.
The Ceremony will be taking place in a Catholic Church. Due to the nature of the church please keep in mind:
- Smoking is not permitted on the grounds or in the buildings of the church.
- Food, Drinks and Gum are not permitted inside the church.
