The wedding ceremony and the reception will both be held at The Pavilion at Five Gables (a property of Howe Farms), which is in Birchwood, TN—about 35 minutes outside of Chattanooga. Howe Farms has multiple venues on its property, and both the ceremony and reception will be at The Pavilion. There will be signs pointing you in the right direction when you arrive, so just head to 11895 Dolly Pond Rd, Birchwood, TN 37308 and make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find The Pavilion.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We recommended arriving by 4:30 to make sure you can find the venue, park, sign the guestbook and be in your seat by 5!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside with the ceremony taking place inside. Tennessee weather can be difficult to predict in early springtime, but we suggest you come prepared in case it is a bit chilly.

The dress code is semi-formal. We want our guests to look and feel nice, but make sure you're comfortable enough to hit the dance floor later in the evening. 🕺💃

There's not a lot of lodging in Birchwood, so we recommend staying in or around Downtown Chattanooga. There are plenty of hotels in the area and lots to do—check out the "Travel" page for more information!

The closets airport is Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA), which is about 30 minutes from the venue. Nashville and Atlanta are both only a couple of hours from Chattanooga, so you can fly into either of these cities as well if you need more options for flights.

For local guests, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare so we can keep our guest list manageable. However, we completely understand that out-of-town guests may need to bring their children, and we’re happy to include them.

In order to ensure we can include all of our friends and family in our special day, we have had to limit our guest list to those named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding, and can't wait to celebrate with you!
