Please arrive at Birchwood Vineyards between 3:00 p.m. and 3:20 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 3:30 p.m.

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at Birchwood Vineyards. There is a long parking lot on the right side of the venue as you pull in to the driveway.

Our wedding dress code is Semi-Formal attire. We ask that men wear khakis or slacks with a nice button down and that women wear dresses or a nice alternative. Any length of dress is fine. While we love to see children laugh and play, our wedding will be an adult only kind of day for both the ceremony and reception. This is to ensure that all guests, especially parents can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone’s dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

At your seat there will be a single ticket which gives a “first drink on us” for people 21 years of age or older. After the ticket is cashed in at the bar, it will be a cash bar for the remainder of the night. There will also be a complimentary half-champagne pour (21+) for the toast to the bride and groom.

We are planning for our reception to end at about 10:00pm, followed by a private last dance for the bride and groom and a sparkler send off at 10:10pm.

Yes, we will be having a cocktail hour with hors-d’oeuvres provided.

Yes! During our ceremony we would love for you to be as present with us as possible. Although we understand wanting to get a few pictures of your own. All we ask is if you take some photos to share them with us using a QR code that will be provided so we can see everyone’s snapshots of our day :)

We ask that for the first couple weeks after our wedding that you wait to post, so that we have a chance to share our photographers pictures and pictures of our choice of our big day first. After, we would love to see what you have to share!
