Joshua Tree National Park is about 20 minutes from the wedding venue. The park entrance is in the village of Joshua Tree. There are lots of great trails with varying degrees of difficulty. And rock climbing as well!
Disneyland will be decorated for Halloween at the time of our wedding which is a really fun time to visit the park. Disneyland still has some of their classic rides and the park is filled with nostalgia and churros!
Noah Purifoy was a local self-taught address who created 10 acres of environmental sculpture and public art. Truly a sight to see and spend some time wandering!
If you're looking for something to do Saturday morning the Sky Village Swap Meet is a local favorite. Lots of unique vendors and fun trinkets for sale!
Pappy & Harriet's is a restaurant located right next to the wedding venue in Pioneertown. A popular spot for great music. It gets pretty busy on the weekends but if you go early and get your name on the list you're in for great BBQ and drinks! We reccommend the cheese fries!
In Pioneertown you will find a row of Western themed shops along Mane Street. A great place for wandering and looking at what the local artists have to offer.
At the turn for Pioneertown you will find a corner of shops that make up Old Town Yucca Valley. Frontier Cafe has great coffee and breakfast, Hoof and The Horn features lots of unique clothing and home items, plus lots of antique stores are in the area.
