Our story is kind of a long and funny one, but I will try and give you the summarized version :)

Jake's best friend/roommate, and my close friend from work started scheming one night and decided to set Jake and me up on a blind date. The plan was for the four of us to go to dinner the night of Father's day a little over 3 years ago. Jake and I had only seen each other's picture, and Jake actually didn't even know my name! The Friday night before we were supposed to go on our date, I went out on the town with my roommate of the time. We ended up running into Jake, and as we walked past each other, we both turned around to do a double take. We had only seen each others photo one time, so I turned around and said, "Am I supposed to go on a date with you on Sunday?" And Jake said, "Yes! I think you are!" We laughed and couldn't believe what a small world it was. We ended up hitting it off that night, but didn't even exchange phone numbers. So, Sunday rolled around and we still went on our "blind date"... and the rest is history! I can't thank Peter & Kirsten enough for introducing me to the love of my life and future husband.
