What do I need to do now?

Current steps include filling out carpooling information under "travel," considering hotel options, and planning attire needs. Check back in September 2026 for more updates!

When do RSVP's open?

As soon as we have the menu options from our reception location, we will send a notice that RSVP's may be filled out.

When is the RSVP due?

In order to properly plan and book venders, rentals, and accomodations, it is preferred guests RSVP by March 2027. If you need a longer time frame due to circumstances, please contact us so we can hold your spot. Due to limited capacity for guests, If you do not RSVP or contact us by April 2027, your invite may go to another friend or family member that we were unable to fit within the original round of invitations.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to budgeting and limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?

No. Unfortunately, due to budgeting and limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. Thank you for understanding!

Where is the registry?

In lieu of a typical registry, if guests would like to give to the bride & groom, we kindly ask that they donate to the "Honeymoon Fund" instead. While we appreciate the thoughtfulness of gifts, our love (and our home) is full, so we haven't much need for anything new. We would love, however, to make new memories and experiences. You can help with this by going to our HoneyFund! P.S. The one exception to this is a roomba. P.P.S. If you plan on getting a roomba, please coordinate with other guests to reduce the potential of a roomba surplus.

Do I have to use the online cash fund to contribute funds to the bride and groom

No. The cash fund charges a 2.5% fee, so guests are encouraged to use other services if they would prefer (Zelle, Venmo, cash, check, etc.). The fund is there for convenience and if guests would like to contribute annonymously. For further convenience, guests may pay through the HoneyFund link to avoid fees (I am uncertain if this route is anonymous or not).

What does parking look like?

The venue will have plenty of parking available. Those in the wedding party may park beside the building. Guests are asked to park in the field near the entrance (it is a slate with short grass). The hotel has $15 parking, so guests are advised to carpool.

Do I have to stay at the same hotel?

No, guests are welcome to find their own accomadations or travel back home if they wish.

When should I arrive and depart?

The wedding party is asked to arrive the night before, as venue preparations begin at 8am. Guests are asked to arrive no later than 2pm, as the ceremony will be held at 3pm. At 6pm, guests will be asked to travel to the reception space. The reception space is rented until midnight, so guests may stay up until that point.

What food will be included?

For those who stay with the hotel, breakfast is provided in the morning(s). Lunch will be provided for those within the wedding party. Snacks and beverages will be included in the main space for the hours leading up to the ceremony for all guests. Dinner will be provided for all at the reception at 7pm.
