All rooms are required to be booked directly through the booking link below in order to be accounted for as an attendee for the wedding. The resort has strict policies which requires our headcount to match the numbers within our room count. Any guest that stays on property outside of our group block is subject to fees up to $300/person daily to attend wedding events.

Although the booking link shows November 22 - November 26th, we have negotiated our rate to be available for additional nights being added to your stay (up to 3 nights before and 3 nights after the formal dates).

Deposits

Guests may select to pay either $100 at the time of booking or pay in full.

Due Date

Room payments must be paid in full 30 days prior to travel.

Cancellation Policy

If the Room is canceled with more than 31 days prior to Check In, no charges or fees will apply

If the Room is cancel within 30 days prior to Check In, a 3 night payment penalty will apply and will not be refunded.

Subject to the foregoing, in the event of No Shows by any guest of the Group, the payment made will not be refunded and the full amount will apply as a cancellation charge.

Early departures are Non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of the confirmed reservation If any guest leaves the Resort prior to the date of Check Out, any payment already made by the guest, as applicable, will not be reimbursed and will be charged for the totality of the reservation made.

Travel Protection is available to purchase for those who'd like travel coverage to ensure their trip is protected.
