What time should we arrive at your wedding?
The ceremony begins at 3:00pm, so we ask that guests arrive at 2:15pm to allow ample time to park and walk to the venue.
What is the dress code?
Casual cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a dress shirt and dress pants, and women wear a knee length or midi dress or a blouse with dress pants. Note: since the ceremony will be held outdoors, please keep in mind that there will be walking on uneven pavement and sand. We kindly recommend that you wear shoes that are comfortable and practical such as, block heels, wedges, flats, or dress shoes you don’t mind wearing outside.
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venues?
Since the venues are in two different locations, we suggest that guests carpool to and from each location. Parking is limited in both locations, so the fewer the cars the better.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
There is limited parking available at both venues. We suggest that families carpool to and from each location. The venues are 10 minutes away from each other so please plan accordingly.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
No, this is an adults-only wedding.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes. When you RSVP, please note any restrictions and we will try our best to accommodate.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar with beer, wine, hard ciders, hard kombuchas, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please be prepared to present your ID (this is a venue requirement).
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Yes, there will be a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. During this time we ask that guests drive to the Brewery and find parking. Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be available at this time.
What time will the reception end?
The reception will end promptly at 10:00pm.
Do you have hotel recommendations for those that are traveling to the wedding?
Yes! Please take a look at the "Travel" tab on the website for a few hotel options nearby. Note we do not have any hotel blocks at any of the hotels, so please plan ahead. It is best to find hotels that are in Mammoth Village. Airbnb and Vrbo are also great options but can be on the pricey side.
