This is our favorite restaurant in downtown Plymouth. After Joseph proposed, we had dinner here. For the first time ever Elizabeth could not decide what to eat. Their food is fantastic! They also have a great brunch.
In the summer they can have a long wait so if you are able to we recommend a reservation.
This is another favorite restaurant of ours and is greek style food. You can also get brunch here.
This restaurant has some great seafood and was even visited by Guy Feiri. This restaurant is more elevated cuisine.
The Captain John Boats have great whale watches, if you are in town for a few days and have several hours to fill we recommend a whale watch. Make sure to pack the sunscreen and camera. We also recommend booking ahead of time but if you cant, tickets can also be bought the day of. We have seen some incredible sites on these watches and have had the boat surrounded by whales.

At these museums you can visit a pilgrim's or native american's home and see how they lived. Tickets can be found online or bought at the museum. You can also purchase a combination ticket that will also give you access to the Mayflower II.
If you are interested in the history of Plymouth, the Mayflower II is a great place to visit. If you really want to see the Plymouth Rock where the pilgrims "landed" then you can find it at 79 Water Street in Plymouth. It is a short walk from the Mayflower and near a bunch of restaurants and shops. But really it is just a rock with the number 1620 carved into it .... it's a rock.
