Places will book QUICKLY for September of 2025, because its Maine, and its beautiful. We won't be blocking rooms anywhere as we know everyone likes to travel in their own style. Our wedding will be held at our house – in our yard – at 58 Stillman Steet in South Portland, Maine! We are right over the bridge from Portland - so it’s an easy drive/ Uber from in-town Portland to our place.

A couple options. PORTLAND INTERNATIONAL JETPORT is located 10 min from our house and 10 min from downtown Portland. Please please PLEASE make sure you are booking flights into PWM and NOT Portland Oregon! Classic mix-up, but it will really put a damper on things. LOGAN AIRPORT - BOSTON: Flying into Logan is always a bit cheaper, but you will have to figure out the transport up to Maine. There are BUSES at all hours of the day (Concord Coach Lines), AMTRAK Downeaster, if that suits your fancy, or renting a car and making the 2 hour drive north.

Good places to start: - Airbnbs - You know what to do. VRBO? We won't tell Airbnb. Want a traditional hotel stay? There are too many hotels to name. In-town Portland will be more expensive than say… someplace by the Maine Mall and the Portland Airport in South Portland. If you’re interested in staying by the water – there are several beach areas to consider that are close to us. Higgins Beach in Scarborough for one (Airbnb or try the Higgins Beach Inn). There’s also a lovely inn (Inn By The Sea) that is adjacent to Crescent Beach in Scarborough. Want to sleep on the ground (or in your camper) and save some cash? Camping is 'a-plenty' south of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. If you google map campgrounds – you’ll see many to choose from.

Unfortunately not! We have not blocked any rooms in local hotels. Everyone has their own style of travel, so find yours and book it! There are hotels, Airbnbs, campgrounds, etc. all around the Portland, South Portland, and Cape Elizabeth area. If you’re Airbnb’ing– a great little beach close to us is Willard Beach in South Portland. That’s a spot to check out. There are also lots of choices right across the Casco Bay Bridge - in Portland. Don't stray too far outside of Portland, South Portland and Cape Elizabeth around the wedding day. Our house is conveniently located in the center of it all, so don't make transport difficult on yourself!

If you have friends attending the wedding, it might not be a bad idea to look at booking an Airbnb as a group. There are some great deals around Portland and South Portland that can sleep 6-8 people for a very reasonable price split. But again! Reserve now! Prices will seriously start to skyrocket in the next month once its officially summer.
