Boston is a geographically small city and the airport is only 15 minutes from the hotel, which makes getting around extremely easy. It should not be hard to get an Uber or taxi. For first timers to Logan, Uber and Lyft pickups happen in the central garage.
Unless you're planning on leaving the city you most likely don't need a car to explore while you're here. Uber is very active in the city and easy to get. There is also the MBTA, Boston's subway system, known locally as the T. A single ride costs $2.40 and a ticket can be purchased at most stations. About 1 mile from the hotel is the Armory Street station on the Green Line and the Kendall/MIT station on the Red Line. If you have any questions about using the T, ask Matt and Beth.
We have secured a room block at the Hyatt for Friday and Saturday as well as the nearby Courtyard by Marriot. There are only a select number of rooms available at each hotel so we recommend reserving early. Please use the links below for the group rates.
Welcome drinks on Friday will be in the hotel restaurant. On Saturday, the cocktail hour will be located on the 16th floor while our reception will be on the first floor in the main ballroom.
The Courtyard Marriott is located approximately 1 mile from the Hyatt Regency. Please note when checking out there will be a destination fee. That fee will be removed upon arrival.
These hotels while not part of the official hotel blocks are a quick drive to the Hyatt.
