What is the wedding color palette?
Forest green and rust/terracotta/amber. For photo purposes, dark greens, bronze, copper, rust, terracotta, amber, burnt orange, champagne, black, and taupe will blend best with all wedding guests.
Is there a certain material dress or suit I should wear?
No. We didn't select any particular material for dresses or suits. As long as you match the color palette above, you should be in great shape. Most of all, we want you to feel confident and beautiful.
What is the dress code for the wedding and events?
The wedding is beach formal, meaning you don't need to wear a tie or a gown, but you may if you would like to. However, please no flip-flops for the wedding.
The other events are beach casual. So wear whatever you feel best in.
How do we book our rooms?
Once everyone has RSVP'd, Irving Orozco from Namron Hospitality will email you with your room reservation. From there, you will work with him to pay for and book your room. Reminder: if you want to stay for additional days outside of the nights of May 20-22, let Irving know as that is a separate reservation.
Can we book our rooms through NEST's website?
No, since we had to book out the resort for the wedding, the website will not allow you to book online. You must wait for your reservation details in the email from Irving Orozco.
Is NEST all-inclusive?
No. However, breakfast each morning is included with you room price.
Can you tell me the price of my room before I RSVP?
Because the room prices depend on how many of our guests RSVP, we can't give you an exact price until after all RSVPs have been received. The average cost of the rooms are $400 per night per person. However, the price may be more or less, depending on how many guests we have.
Can I stay at a different resort?
For the nights of May 20-22, you must stay at NEST. However, if you would like to stay at another resort in Tulum for dates outside of the book out period, you absolutely can. There are so many incredible resorts worth seeing and exploring, and we encourage you to do so.
What if I can't stay all three nights?
Unfortunately, because we booked out NEST for the full three nights, our guests must stay for the full three nights. And we absolutely want you to do so. This will allow us to not only share our special day with you, but also spend quality time together after the wedding in one of the most gorgeous places on earth!
Can my three consecutive days start when I arrive rather than on May 20, 2023?
Unfortunately, no. Because we had to book out NEST for three nights, we had to select which three nights to book out. Those three nights are May 20 - 22. While we understand how that may be frustrating, it just means we get to spend more quality time together in paradise.
Do we have to go to all the events?
Of course not! This is a vacation for our guests as well as a celebration. Please do not feel pressured to come to any of the events (outside of the wedding and reception). There is so much to see in Tulum, so if there is something that you want to do, but that cuts into another event that we are doing, do whatever feels best for you. Most of all, we want everyone to have fun and see what we love about Tulum.
What if my flight lands earlier or later than 3:00 PM? Will I be able to shuttle with everyone?
Yes, if you land at a different time that is around 3:00 PM, the shuttle will wait for everyone. However, if you land at a different time in the day, then you may have to shuttle separately. There is a bar/restaurant right outside the airport where you can wait until the group is complete. Our wedding planner and NEST will coordinate with you and the rest of the wedding guests to make sure everyone makes it from Cancun to Tulum and back.
