If you are not planning to take the wedding shuttles from the hotels (The Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel & Philadelphia Marriott Old City), please arrive by 3:40 PM to Pen Ryn Estate - River’s Edge to allow time to park and be seated for the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00.

Yes, there is an on-site parking lot available for guests at Pen Ryn Estate, River’s Edge. Valet is also available.

Shuttles at both hotel locations will arrive at 2:40 PM to begin loading guests. Shuttles will depart the hotels promptly at 3:00 PM. The ride to Pen Ryn Estate is approximately 25 minutes from Old City, Philadelphia (depending on traffic). Following the wedding, shuttles will begin to load guests at 10:30 PM with drop offs at each hotel at approximately 11:00 PM (may be a few minutes later depending on how long it takes to load the buses).

Due to the capacity of the venue and event, only guests listed on your invitation are invited.

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/formal attire. Ladies should wear cocktail, midi length or long dresses and the gentlemen should wear suits.

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors (weather permitting). Our cocktail hour will be outdoors & indoors. The reception will be indoors.

Please be present with us in the moment and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, but feel free to snap away the rest of the evening!
