We recommend flying into Florence Airport (FLR), as it is the closest airport to the venue and typically offers the most convenient travel time. Alternatively, guests may choose Pisa International Airport (PSA) or Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ), which may provide additional flight options or more competitive pricing. All three airports serve international travelers and connect well to Tuscany.

Florence Airport is approximately 45–60 minutes from the venue by car. Pisa and Bologna airports are farther, with travel times typically between one and two hours depending on route and traffic. Because most guests will be flying in from the United States, we suggest comparing flight options across all three airports to determine the most practical and cost-effective itinerary.

Guests will be responsible for arranging their own transportation once they arrive.

Transportation from the airport to the venue is not provided. Most guests elect to rent a car, which allows for flexibility and makes it easier to explore nearby towns during the stay. A private transfer or taxi service may also be arranged if preferred and can be booked in advance directly through local service providers. For guests who do not wish to drive, it is possible to take the train to a nearby town—such as Florence or Poggibonsi—and then complete the final portion of the journey by taxi. This option may be less direct, but is available for those not planning to rent a vehicle.

Once travel is confirmed, guests are welcome to inform us of their expected arrival time so we can ensure a smooth welcome at the venue.
