If you're looking for other options, South Bend has many wonderful hotels. While you can find a full list on Visit South Bend, we suggest staying close to Downtown South Bend to be near most of the weekend's events.

While we would recommend you make your hotel reservation sooner rather than later, you can book your room through our block no later than July 3, 2026.

Our ceremony will be held at 1:00 PM at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart on the University of Notre Dame’s campus. The address is 101 Basilica Dr, Notre Dame, IN 46556.

Beginning at 5:00 PM, the cocktail hour and reception will be taking place at The Brick in South Bend, which is located at 1145 Northside Blvd, South Bend, IN 46615

Please kindly RSVP by June 5, 2026, so we can finalize our arrangements.

Our ceremony will be part of a full Catholic Mass. Out of respect for the sanctity of the service, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. Our wonderful photographer will capture every moment, and we'll be happy to share those photos with you later. You are welcome to take pictures during the reception!

Late July in Indiana can be quite warm and a bit humid. While all of our wedding events will be held indoors or under cover, we recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat in case of light showers as you move between locations.

Our wedding will be Black Tie Optional. We'd love for you to wear formal attire. This could be a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie, a formal evening gown, a cocktail dress, or any other elegant ensemble that makes you feel great!

You'll notice a brief gap in time between the ceremony and the start of cocktail hour. We encourage you to use this time however you wish! Whether you prefer a quick nap, an ice cream treat from Murphy's, or a drink at one of South Bend's local bars, the time is yours. The University of Notre Dame campus is about a 25‑minute walk or an 8‑minute drive from the Courtyard by Marriott South Bend Downtown. If you’re traveling without a car, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available.

We will provide complimentary bus transportation between the Courtyard Marriott and The Brick for guests attending the reception; buses will begin departing the hotel at 5:00 PM and run continuous loops until 10:30 PM.

For the wedding ceremony, you can park in the Grotto Lot or St. Liam's Lot on campus; both are a short walk from the Basilica. For more information about campus parking, please visit police.nd.edu/parking-and-traffic/visitor-guest-parking/.

For the cocktail hour and reception at The Brick, there is ample parking available behind the venue.
