Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited. Within your RSVP all guests invited will have their name listed with a requested response of attending or not attending. There will also be a request for a main course option for each guest.

If you are staying at either Homewood Suites or Hampton Inn, you must book your hotel room before October 16, 2025 in order to receive our discounted rate. If you do not book your room by October 16, call the hotel and mention you are with the Stender/Nagy wedding and they might give you a discount.

Yes, there will be shuttles provided from the hotels to Holly Hedge and then back to the hotels at the end of the night. The shuttle times will run between 2:45 and 3:15 to get to the Wedding Ceremony on time.

Valet is preferred, however there is self parking. The valets take cash for tips or some take venmo.

While you can uber to the event, Holly Hedge says that Uber will not pick up from their site.

The Ceremony starts at 4:00pm. We ask that you arrive and be seated at Holly Hedge between 3:30 and 3:45pm.

We ask that our guest please wear Cocktail or Formal wear for the event. Long dresses are ok.

The bridesmaids are wearing black. However, guests are welcome to wear black but please no white. :)

No, there will be an open bar. However, you can leave a cash tip or the bar tenders take venmo tips.
