Yes, there is a lot on property for all guests.

The ceremony will be under a pavilion with fans and bench seating. The reception will be indoors next to the pavilion. The cocktail hour will be at the "Sippin' Spot" between the pavilion and Event hall. In case of rain, the cocktail hour will be moved inside.

Yes, Colin's parents have reserved hotel rooms at the SpringHill Suites Richmond North/Glen Allen VA. Rooms are available from Thursday, August 1st to Sunday, August 4th. The deadline to book with the special price is July 5th, 2024.

We are going for a semi-formal vibe, so a notch above business casual, but no evening gowns or tuxedos necessary. Please no denim. Humidity and high temperatures are likely, so dress for that. Can't wait to see what you choose!

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down barbeque-style dinner with assorted meats and sides catered by Deep Run Roadhouse.

Yes. We will offer several beers, seltzers, and wines. Champagne will also be available for the toasts.

The ceremony begins at 3pm and the chapel will open at 2pm for seating. Please arrive by 2:45pm.

Yes, photos and videos are allowed, and you can post them. Please try your best to be mindful of others. We will also have a professional photographer present.

Unfortunately no. It is not compatible with the venue. A recording of the ceremony will be available upon request.
