Finest Suites are the resort's standard room level for both adults and kids. Finest Club and Excellence Club are upgraded room categories at Finest. If you book a club-level room, you will have access to upgraded amenities like a private bar, pool area, restaurant, and 24 hr concierge service. Many people love the upgrades that come with these rooms, however, they are not necessary to have a great trip. The difference between Excellence Club and Finest Club is that Excellence Club is for ADULTS ONLY (18+). The bride and groom have booked their stay in the standard room level, Finest Suites. You are welcome to book any room level that suits your needs and budget. Please keep in mind that if you book an upgraded room level, only guests that have also purchased the same level will be able to access the upgraded areas. Guests booked into the standard room level will not be able to access the upgraded areas without purchasing a day pass.

Unfortunately, if the resort is sold out and you decide to come later, accommodations won't be available. The wedding is on November 12, 2025. It is advised that guests arrive no later than November 10, 2025 to give everyone the opportunity to meet, mingle, and relax before the wedding but it is not required. Please keep in mind the resort requires a 3 night minimum stay.

Yes, you can but please be advised that: 1. You will not receive any money back if you need to cancel for any reason, 2. You will not be able to modify your reservation, and 3. You will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. All guests are advised to use the promo codes in the "How to Book - Group Rates & Steps" section because it includes free cancellation up until 24 hrs before arrival and free transportation to/from the airport.

Cancun is generally safe, especially in resort and tourist areas. For an added level of safety, Ella and Sébastien selected Finest Playa Mujeres due to its status as a gated community with ample security features. You will be safe on and around the resort property but it is advised to remain vigilant and keep personal belongings close to you.

Finest Playa Mujeres has built-in tips for the staff so you are not obligated to tip. However, if you feel that your server, bartender, or housekeeper has delivered exceptional service, then feel free to tip at your discretion!
