I'm lucky enough to say I am blood related to Ella. I like to think we're twins but I'm her cousin. Marrying your cousin is illegal and I'm straight, so I guess she made me Maid of Honour?

Favourite Memory

I could never pick just one favourite memory, but a lot of them come from our annual family camping trips. During last year’s trip, we rented a boat and had a near-death experience trying to park it. It was definitely one of the most memorable moments

History

I met Ella on the first day of post-secondary orientation! We were in the same orientation group and the moment we locked eyes, I knew it was about to be the start of something special. Her and I clicked immediately and here we are, eight years later, working in our dream careers.

I met Seb through Ella at camping festival at the Gorge! He’s always been such a thoughtful, caring person and I’m so happy that Ella found her person in him

Favourite Memory

My favourite memory about Ella and Seb was going to the Alchemy Tour at The Gorge with them. I’m pretty sure this was the trip that made them fall for each other. On the drive home, I was somewhat in and out of sleep, but I heard them talking non-stop about anything and everything. I tried not to eavesdrop too much, but from that experience alone I could already feel Ella falling for him and I feel so special to have witnessed the beginning of their magical love story :)

What I love about Ella and Seb is how thoughtful the two of them are — with each other, and to those around them

History

I’m one of the bride's five ride-or-dies—officially a bridesmaid, unofficially her rave baby, festival follower, biggest fan, voice note bestie, and forever plus-one to life’s loudest, wildest, and sweetest moments.

Ella and I met at a spin studio six years ago, where she was leading a class and I was just trying to survive it. From the very first ride, I was hooked—not just on the music but on her energy! I remember asking her what her cool-down song was which was “Indian Summer” by Jai Wolf (still one of my favourite songs today) and that tiny moment turned into something so much bigger. We bonded over music, sweat, and girlhood, and when she invited me to my first music festival… the rest was history! Since then, our friendship has grown through late-night laughs, deep talks, shared stages, and endless playlists. From spin bikes to festival grounds, we’ve been inseparable ever since and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Favourite Memory

There’s no one I’m more happily co-dependent with than Ella. We talk constantly, share every part of our lives, and still light up every time we see each other. We exchange music like it’s a love language, sing like no one’s listening, dance like no one's watching, and laugh until we cry. Ella has a way of making you feel like you matter—like you’re home, even when you’re in the middle of a crowd. She’s sweet, grounded, and so intentional in how she loves the people around her. Knowing Ella is one of the greatest gifts in my life, and being loved by her is even better. I feel endlessly lucky to have her in my corner and even luckier to be in hers

I’ve never been hungover in my 27 years of life (yes, really!) and plan to keep that streak alive and thriving. Don't let that fool you though, I'm still the life of the party and love to bring the energy! What I’m Most Excited For

I’m most excited to celebrate Ella and Sebastien's love and to be there as they say “I do,” surrounded by all their favourite people. Watching their relationship grow over the years has been such a joy and celebrating this milestone feels like honouring not just their love story, but every little moment that brought them here. I can’t wait to dance, cry, laugh, and soak in all the love with everyone who adores them. I'm so proud of the life they've built together and I'm so happy to be a part of it!

History

Ella and I go way back to 2012. I met her in high school but our friendship took a turn for the better after reconnecting a few years later. We found out that we enjoyed similar interests, tastes in music, and share the same questionable humour that has only us laughing! Since then, we have been inseparable!

I first met Sebastien in 2019 in Edmonton. We met through some mutual friends while attending a music festival and our friendship took off from there! I was actually the one that introduced them (you're welcome)!

Favourite Memory

My favourite memory with them has to be the time we went to a camping music festival together. On the the last day, most of our friends had already packed up their tents and left leaving Ella, Seb, and I. We decided to take our time to pack up, but then out of nowhere the wind and rain began to pick up - ripping the canopy out of the ground. Trash and drink cans flying everywhere and tents blowing away. I was panda-hugging the canopy pole to the ground, Ella was chasing down the flying trash with ONE SHOE ON and Seb screaming while holding down the tents...ALL WHILE HUNGOVER. We eventually gave up, found shelter in our tents, and laughed at what had just happened iykyk :’)

Fun Fact

I can wiggle my ears and I am very good at mastering a hobby, then forgetting that it exists a week later. My favourite alcoholic drink is a Raspberry Moscow Mule and I taught my cat hat tricks!

What I'm Most Excited For

The moment we get to celebrate the Bride and Groom after they say ‘I do!’ and dancing all night long!

History

Ella was technically my wife first so whatever, I'll be the bigger person and still support this wedding I guess...I had the pleasure of meeting Ella in Grade 8 and even though we didn’t have many classes together, we always stayed close friends. We really became inseparable after high school and we have been through so much together since then. She’s always been there for me, we’ve shared endless laughs, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. Ella makes the world a brighter place!

Favourite Memory

I’ll never forget bumping into Ella and Seb at Illenium’s set at EDC...like, what are the odds?! No reception, packed crowds, Asian migration… and somehow, we found each other. It was meant to be! We danced all night, sang together, and made memories that still make me smile. That moment forever holds a special place in my heart. Illenium was amazing, but honestly, the best part of my night was the company

I'm a matcha-loving, outdoorsy adventurer who spends my summers paddle boarding and winters snowboarding. Nature is my happy place and I thrive when I'm near mountains and water!

I’m most excited to hear Ella and Seb’s beautiful vows on the beach. There’s just something so magical about two people promising forever with the ocean views and sounds in the background. I already know I’m gonna cry happy tears

History

I first met Seb in 2022 at Fvded in the Park. I remember spotting him in the group, bopping to the music with these silly-looking earplugs sticking out of his ears. At first, I thought it was kind of lame. Like, who goes to a music festival to not hear the music? Hmm, or maybe he's just noise sensitive, I figured.

My curiosity never went away, so I asked him about them, and he told me they were special earplugs designed to protect his hearing by lowering the volume. “I care about my hearing” he said. I thought, Huh. I guess that’s actually a really good reason. That's kinda cool.

We partied, danced, and laughed the rest of that blurry, vivid evening. Later, our group went for a walk in the cool summer night, away from the noise of the event and into the silence of our laughs as they echoed in the streets. That's when I found out Seb is a huge car nerd and kind of a dork too. I remember thinking, I like this guy, as we just went on talking about cars like nothing else mattered.

Favourite Memory

Ella had planned a huge group surprise getaway for Sebastien's 30th birthday. One wonderful surprise after another. I regularly found myself looking at the uncontrollable grins on our friends' faces. In our smile lines there was pure joy. And in our cheers for Seb, I saw new memories being made.

Our laughter was filled with so much delight that the Walmart employees told us to be quiet. There was bright excitement in everyone's beaming eyes while Ella's was filled with content pride.

It made me smile, eye to eye. It warmed my heart so much to see all this love given to one man, just for being who he is.

They say you should never meet your heroes. Sebastien and I met in April 2017, on a random night out with mutuals at Celebrities Tuesday - followed by a 2 year bender every weekend at the Revs Bowling Alley Bar.

Ellanor and I also met at a random night out with mutuals at Celebrities Nightclub in July 2019 with a group of mutuals

Ellanor and Sebastien were watching HIMYM and Sebastien randomly blurted - “what the heck… Alfred is Barney".
