Yes! There is a block of rooms held at the Westin Richmond Hotel, 6631 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23230.

Yes! Transportation is available throughout the night. If you are boarding at the Hotel, please be down in the lobby at 2:40pm. Trolleys will depart for the ceremony at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church at 2:50pm. Trolleys will take guests to the reception at Willow Oaks Country Club immediately following the ceremony. Trolleys will take guests to both the after party and the hotel immediately following the end of the reception at 9:30pm. There will be an early trolley departing the reception at 8:15pm.

The reception is scheduled to end at 9:30. If you'd like to continue celebrating with us, there will be an after party at City Beach, 2416 W Cary St, Richmond, VA 23220

There is ample parking at the Church and the Country Club. If needed, you can leave your car at the Country Club overnight. Please refrain from leaving your car at the Church overnight.

We ask that you wear formal attire, such as a cocktail-length dress, floor-length dress, or dressy separates for women and a suit, or a coat and tie, for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans. The bridal party will all be wearing black.

We can’t forecast the weather but November weather in Richmond can range from 30-75 degrees. The ceremony and reception venues are indoors; however, the reception area also has a lovely terrace if weather permits.

The Church strictly prohibits photography or videography during service (our photographer isn’t allowed in the sanctuary during the service). At the reception, please take as many photos as you wish.

There will be passed hors d’oeuvres at the cocktail party and a full dinner at the reception. Your health and safety are important to us. Please let us know if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions in the comments section of your RSVP.

Due to restricted space, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless indicated on your invitation. When you respond online, you will see the number of guests included in your invitation.
