2:40pm - Guests start boarding Trolleys at the Westin Richmond Hotel

2:50pm - Trolleys depart for the ceremony at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church

4:15pm - Trolleys take guests to the reception at Willow Oaks Country Club

8:15pm - Early Trolley takes guests back to the Hotel

9:30pm - Trolleys take guests to the after party at City Beach and also back to the Hotel
